A. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

Use our Services for unlawful purposes or activities.Reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with our website or platforms.Share your account credentials or allow unauthorized access.

B. Compliance with Applicable Laws

You agree to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including but not limited to Texas and Colorado regulations.

4. Payments and Refunds

A. Payments

Payment for Services must be completed prior to accessing content or attending coaching sessions. We accept payment via credit card and other authorized methods.

B. Refund Policy

Foundations Real Estate Program: All purchases of the Foundations Real Estate Program are final and non-refundable.

However, if you follow the program and don’t feel confident to take action, we’ll work with you until you do.

The Wealth Blueprint - Full Access:This program has a 3-day return window, provided you have completed less than 10% of the content.Refund requests must be made in writing to [email protected] within the 3-day period. After the 3rd day, all sales are final and non-refundable.

All content, materials, and intellectual property made available through our Services are owned by Premium Outcomes or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use these materials without prior written consent.

Premium Outcomes reserves the right to terminate your access to our Services if you violate these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of any payment obligations incurred before termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration conducted in Denver, Colorado, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
